We usually create two or three different types of designs to provide ideas that can then be fine tuned into the final design. 99% of the time, one of the initial designs is the one the client likes right away and selects it immediately.

- Structure of site - The structure of the site includes web industry standards such as W3C, Site Maps, CSS, and others. This ensures the site is easy to update, displays well in multiple browsers, is search engine compatible, and can integrate new and upcoming technologies so re-development is minimized.
- Content of site - The content also adheres to web industry standards and marketing wisdom. We assist with content development to accomplish two goals: A) ensure customer engagement is optimized and B) content is useful in search engines so customers can find you. We help create content that is compelling and focused on motivating your target audience toward your conversion goals.
- Testing / Quality Control - We use careful testing procedures to test every button, link, word, and point of your site so it is correct - in multiple web browsers. This helps present your site as high quality ensuring a great first impression because everything displays well and works correctly!
Deployment - we deploy the site in the live environment and confirm everything is working correctly.

Standard CMS issues

Often companies select a CMS solution with a moderate to high learning curve, which only one or two people in the organization know how to use. Even the easiest tools like Wordpress or Blogger have some idiosyncrasies that can be challenging to grasp and remember. If company personnel who are trained in the CMS are not available, move within the company, or leave the company, it is a challenge to quickly train new staff. Speed and consistency is often lost.

In addition, as companies grow and change, their web marketing needs change and they often outgrow or need a different CMS tool. If the CMS has been customized by a company, then integrating updates of the CMS version releases or security updates can be cumbersome and very costly. Since CMS tools do not provide full source code with full permission to alter it, the company is then dependent on the CMS and the CMS owner vendor indefinitely and is limited in what they can do.
